Cancel your order
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
You must inform Melinart of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision email: info@melinart.com
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us at info@melinart.com with your order number and we will take care of everything.
Any issues with an order must be reported to us within 48hrs of receiving your parcel, with any returns to be finalised and posted back to us within 7 working days.
Any items being returned remain property of the purchaser until received by Melinart, so please ensure you package your return items appropriately.
If you have ordered a framed art print and wish to upgrade to a different size, please get in touch at info@melinart.com
We are not able to accept returns, refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.
